Our Team - Steve Kobelski

Stephen Kobelski

Chief Executive Officer


As Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for Lend Some Money’s strategic direction and overall performance. He brings three decades of experience building teams and executing on clearly defined visions to create game-changing products and services.

Steve’s career spans the finance, technology, and entertainment industries, having led hardware, software, and process engineering projects for companies such as Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo, and InfoSpace. Most recently, he served as CEO of Prolific1, the live event industry’s leading provider of pricing optimization, data analytics, and ticket distribution for professional and collegiate sports teams, musicians, and venues.

Steve holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Yale University’s School of Management.


  
Our Team - Tim Eng

Nathan Wiliford

Chief Operating Officer


As COO for Lend Some Money, Nathan brings nearly two decades of experience building teams and defining processes to improve company operations. At LSM he works across the organization to ensure that customers' needs are being met by the company's software, staff, and business procedures.

Nathan has worked in multiple industries to improve operational workflows, create standardized processes, prioritize company initiatives, and maximize efficiency. Most recently, Nathan was VP of Business Operations at TicketNetwork, a leading online marketplace for live event ticketing and B2B software vendor. There he was responsible for a wide range of business functions including sales, account management, business development, software product management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Nathan has a Bachelor's degree from Bates College.


  
Our Team - Tim Eng

Tim Eng

Vice President, Product Management


As Vice President of Product Management, Tim shapes the vision for Lend Some Money’s cutting edge software platform. He brings over 8 years of product management experience, resolving pain points for customers in delightful and innovative ways.

Beginning in the regulatory compliance space, Tim led a major re-launch of Smarsh's flagship search platforms and automated risk-identifying rules engine that accelerated revenue from $15M to $40M annually. Later, he led Product Management for Ticketnetwork's broker-facing automation systems that were responsible for handling real-time management and transactions of $200M annually. Most recently, Tim led the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team at Clarivate, simplifying disparate systems from numerous mergers and acquisitions, streamlining back-office operations, improving onboarding efficiency, and increasing revenue recognition.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and a Product Management certification from Pragmatic Institute.


  

Our Team - Jon Allen

Jon Allen

Advisor


As an advisor to Lend Some Money, Jon brings over 30 years of sales and real estate experience to help the company address key strategic issues.

Prior to Lend Some Money, Jon helped found RCN Capital, one of the industry’s largest private money lenders, and was instrumental in creating the company’s internal standards and processes, including the assessment, legal and default departments, as well as developing new revenue sources through ancillary products and services. Jon also pioneered a full- service loan origination system, the Bridge Loan Network, before selling that platform to RCN Capital.

Jon is a licensed real estate broker and flipper of residential properties.


  
Our Team - Doug Kruse

Doug Kruse

Chief Technology Officer


As Chief Technology Officer for Lend Some Money, Doug spearheads all of the company’s technology initiatives and utilizes them to solve complex business problems. He has 25-20 years of experience leading software development teams; from designing, planning and execution of large-scale ecommerce, B2B and internal-use products, to infrastructure / networks, testing and general IT operations.  

Doug was the co-founder and CTO at TicketNetwork, where he oversaw the engineering efforts that resulted in a #1 position on both Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 and the Connecticut Marcum Tech Top 40 in 2008.  The company was also ranked for 6 consecutive years in each of the Inc. 5000, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50, and the Connecticut Marcum Tech Top 40 technology companies lists.  Prior to TicketNetwork, Doug was a consultant, overseeing development efforts for clients such as Talbots, Perkin-Elmer, Schick, and start-ups such as IPNetwork. 

Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University and is a United States Air Force veteran.
